Voicemail-to-Lead
Calls to your Local Lead Closer number ring your cell first. No answer? The voicemail is transcribed and lands as a lead with the caller's name, problem, and urgency, and you get the same reply-Y alert as any other lead. Included in Pro and Premium.
Common questions
Which plan is right for me?
Most solo trades (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, handymen) get everything they need on Pro. Premium is for shops with a CSR or office partner who needs their own inbox link, or anyone who wants a custom domain and the AI trained on how they actually talk.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account page. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly (yearly gets 2 months free). Cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the month you already paid for.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
Your leads stay in your account. Cancelling just stops billing and removes paid features. You can come back any time.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan works without a card and stops at 10 leads. That is 10 total, not per month. When you hit it, upgrade to Pro for unlimited leads or delete one to make room. Nothing gets deleted for you.
Am I locked into anything?
No contract. Month to month, or a year at a time if you pick annual. Cancel from your account page and you keep every lead.
Will it text my customers without me?
Not by default. You get the drafted reply and send it with one tap, so nothing texts a customer without you. The one exception is the missed-call text-back on your Local Lead Closer number: one short "we'll call you back" text, on for new numbers and switchable off in Settings.
